License Statistics delivers information about the number of users that have borrowed a floating license to be able to use software without being connected to the license server on the network. After the borrow period expires, the license is checked back into the pool of available licenses.
You can monitor the number of borrowed licenses when viewing some usage reports, feature details and license server details. Borrowed licenses are considered to be used licenses, and are included in the used licenses count on all reports.
