If there are communication problems with the FLEXlm/FlexNet license server, you may see the following error in the License Statistics log file:

Detecting lmgrd processes...]
Error getting status: Cannot connect to license server system. (-15,570)
2009-06-30 17:31:00] WARNING: Unable to parse logfile for server @ServerName! Please make sure the server is up and available!

To resolve this issue:

  1. Edit a particular license server using the Realtime License Servers tab in the Administration page. (This page is visible only for License Statistics administrator users.) by clicking the edit icon in the Realtime License Servers grid row for the license server you want to change. An Edit License Server dialog opens to allow you to change the existing settings for that license server.
