Incompatible Java version
If you are running an incompatible version of Java on your your Dassault license server and the machine , or trying to run DSLicSrv executable not from its initial directory, you may see an error message similar to the followingon which License Statistics is installed have incompatible Java versions, running the DSLicSrv executable may result in the following error:
Unsupported version of Java Runtime Environment, which is required by the Dassault query tool. Please contact your license server vendor.
To resolve this issueIf you experience this problem, contact your license server vendor to obtain an appropriate solution.
