Incompatible Java version
If you are running an incompatible version of Java on your license server machine, or trying to run DSLicSrv executable not from its initial directory, you may see an error message similar to the following:
Unsupported version of Java Runtime Environment, which is required by the Dassault query tool. Please contact your license server vendor.
To resolve this issue, contact your license server vendor to obtain an appropriate solution.
Failure to run DSLicSrv
License Statistics may not work as expected if you copy DSLicSrv executable only to the machine on which License Statistics is installed
To resolve this issue, contact your license server vendor to be able to run DSLicSrv executable on a different machine.
