The lsmon tool may not work with Sentinel RMS license server. To fix this problem, follow the instructions outlined in Installing License Statistics on Windows with a FlexNet Server. In addition, you can perform one of the following steps::

  • Copy Go to the License Statistics installation directory and copy the lsmon.exe.file to the License Statistics folderinstallation directory.

To resolve this issue you can also try to change the path to the license manager's query tool . To edit an existing license server:

After copying the query tool, specify its location in the License Statistics configuration. You can edit the path using the following steps:

  • Click To edit an existing license server, click the edit icon in the Realtime License Servers grid row for a given license server. An Edit License Server dialog opens to allow that allows you to change the existing settings for that license server.
    Change the path.

 If you still have problems with lsmon query tool, make sure that you have all necessary dll files. For example, in some cases you may need lsapiw32.dll. More guidelines on how to resolve this issue can be foud found in your Sentinel RMS documentation.
