Problem with lsmon query tool

The lsmon tool may not work with Sentinel RMS license server. To fix this problem, follow the instructions outlined in Installing License Statistics on Windows with a FlexNet Server. In addition, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to the License Statistics installation directory and copy the lsmon.exe.file to the License Statistics folder. 
  2. Open ..\License Statistics\xflicstat.cfg in a text editor such as Notepad, and set LSMON_PATH to the path to your lsmon.exe.file; for example: LSMON_PATH=C:\Program Files\License Statistics\lsmon.exe.
  3. If you still have problems with lsmon query tool, make sure that you have all necessary dll files. For example, in some cases lsapiw32.dll may be needed. More guidelines on how to resolve this issue can be foud in your Sentinel RMS documentation.

Inability to gather statistics on Sentinel LM/RMS
