How to update License Statistics with a new core file
To update License Statistics with a new core file:
- Download the core.jar file using the link sent to you by X-Formation Support.

Make a backup of the existing
parser .dll/.so file.core.jar file:
Code Block {installation_directory}/core/core.jar- Replace the .dll/.so old core.jar file with the one you download from this pagenew core.jar file sent to you by X-Formation Support.
- Restart License Statistics.
If you still experience problems after downloading the latest parser from this page, please run License Statistics in debug mode (see Enabling License Statistics debug logs), and then send us the zipped log directory after the parsing failure occurs.
