Although we make every effort to ensure License Statistics works out of the box with all supported license servers, there are occasional issues. This page provides you with fixes to some components ahead of our regular release schedule. If you experience problems with our components, try downloading relevant files from the table below. Some of the files may not be compatible with old versions of License Statistics, so please use them only if you cannot wait for the next official release to obtain a particular fix.
Using new files with License Statistics

License Statistics, X-Formation Support may email you a link to download a patch file (core.jar) that contains the latest release components to fix the problem ahead of our regular release schedule.
How to update License Statistics with a new core file
To update License Statistics with a new core file:
- Download the core.jar file using the link sent to you by X-Formation Support.
- Stop License Statistics. (See Starting and stopping License Statistics on Windows or Starting and stopping License Statistics on Linux.)
Make a backup of the existing
files.core.jar file:
Code Block {installation_directory}/core/core.jar- Replace the old files core.jar file with the ones you're downloading from this pagenew core.jar file sent to you by X-Formation Support.
- Restart License Statistics.
If you still experience problems after downloading the latest files from this page, please run License Statistics in debug mode (see Enabling License Statistics debug logs), and then send us the zipped log directory after the failure occurs.
