Although we make every effort to ensure License Statistics works out of the box with all supported parserslicense servers, there are occasional issues with log files that cannot be parsed successfully. Therefore, this page provides you with fixes to parsers . If you experience problems with License Statistics, X-Formation Support may email you a link to download a patch file (core.jar) that contains the latest release components to fix the problem ahead of our regular release schedule. These parser updates are not officially supported, so please use them only if you cannot wait for the next official release to obtain a particular parser fix.
Before using one of these parsers, first stop License Statistics and make a backup of the existing parser .dll file, and then replace the .dll file with the one you download from this page.
If you still experience problems after downloading the latest parser from this page, please run License Statistics in debug mode (see Enabling License Statistics debug logs for troubleshooting), then send us the zipped log directory after the parsing failure occurs.

How to update License Statistics with a new core file
To update License Statistics with a new core file:
- Download the core.jar file using the link sent to you by X-Formation Support.
- Stop License Statistics. (See Starting and stopping License Statistics on Windows or Starting and stopping License Statistics on Linux.)
Make a backup of the existing core.jar file:
Code Block {installation_directory}/core/core.jar- Replace the old core.jar file with the new core.jar file sent to you by X-Formation Support.
- Restart License Statistics.
