Assigning LAC users to customers lets you fully control, for example, which customers are managed by your internal sales people and which customers are managed by your resellers. Reseller Reseller users must be specifically assigned to a customer in order to access that customer. If a user is not assigned to a customer, the User field is set to Not Specified (the default). When the User field is set to Not Specified, any Administrator or Sales user can access that customer; however, no Reseller user is allowed to access that customer.
