Java issues
If you are running an incompatible version of Java on your license server machine, you may see an error message similar to the following:
Unsupported version of Java Runtime Environment, which is required by the Dassault query tool. Please contact your license server vendor.
To resolve this issue, contact your license server vendor to obtain an appropriate solution.
