If your license server output contains duplicate data, you will see the following error:
Log contains doubled output from lmutil!
To resolve this issue, contact your software vendor for a solution.
"Cannot find lmutil.exe" error
You must use lmutil v9.2 or newer with License Statistics, as described in "Step 4. Ensure you have the latest lmutil version." in Installing License Statistics on Windows. Otherwise, you will see the following error in the log:
"cannot find lmutil.exe"
To fix this problem, make sure you are using FLEXlm v9.2 or newer.
