When using License Statistics to import data, the output log file may contain the data from multiple license servers that cannot be parsed successfully. In such cases, you will see , License Statistics will not be able to import the denials data successfully, and you will get an error message similar to this onethe following:
ERROR: Log file E:\Program Files\X-Formation\License Statistics\importlog\i4blt.log contains multiple server names. Please split the file! WARNING: Failed to import file E:\Program Files\X-Formation\License Statistics\importlog\i4blt.log (type IBM LUM)!
To resolve this issue, split separate the file manually into a few files, with each file containing the data only from one server. Note that each file should be given individual files that contain data from only one server, saving each file under a different name.
