If the steps listed above do not resolve the problem, you can also try to type the lmutil command to check the communication between the Usage Monitor and the license server, as specified on in the License server issues page in the section under Troubleshooting section. If there are errors in the communication between the license server and the Usage Monitor, this command will return more information about the errors. If there are no errors, the command will return regular statistics information for the indicated license server.
