  • Edit a particular license server using the Realtime License Servers tab in the Administration page. (This page is visible only for License Statistics administrator users.) by clicking the edit icon in the Realtime License Servers grid row for the license server you want to change. 
    An Edit License Server dialog opens to allow you to change the existing settings for that license server.

  • Make sure that the server's port number is appropriate for your license server.

try to type the lmutil command to check the communication between the Usage Monitor and the license server, as specified on the License server issues page in the Troubleshooting section. If there are errors in the communication between the license server and the Usage Monitor, this command will return more information about the errors. If there are no errors, the command will return regular statistics information for the indicated license server.
