Sometimes running the i4blt utility on Windows systems can take a long time, for example from two to twenty minutes. Furthermore, the reports generated by License Statistics may be incomplete and, as a result, less reliable. Moreover, the server status displayed in GUI may be wrong, e.g. "down". This rare problem that has been observed only under Windows with IBM LUM v4.6.8, can cause License Statistics failure.
If such a problem occurs, you should contact your application vendor to obtain an appropriate solution.
