Failure to run an external statistics utility
When monitoring IBM LUM or Sentinel LM/RMS servers, you may see an error similar to the following:
[2008-07-30 08:56:00] WARNING: Problem occurred while running external statistics utility for 192.168.1.194!
To fix this error, make sure that the query tool is enabled in the License Statistics configuration file. If not, enable the I4BLT_PATH.
