  1. Click Create User in the License Generators tab to open the Create New User dialog.
  2. In the General tab, enter the user's first and last name.
  3. Enter the user's email address, which also defines the user's login name.
  4. Select the role that specifies the user's level of access to LAC. Currently, roles are limited to Available roles include Administrator, Sales and Reseller users, as described in the above table. Additional roles will be added in the future.
  5. Click Next to assign template usage permissions in the Product Template Permissions tab.
  6. For user roles other than Administrator (which have permissions to use all templates), select the product templates that the user will be allowed to use. In the Usage Denied list, check the box next to each template the user is allowed to use, and then click Allow to move the template to the Usage Allowed list. Note that all templates listed under Usage Denied and all licenses and information for  those templates will not be visible for the user throughout LAC, even for customers that are assigned to that user (for Reseller users). For Reseller users, the template settings override the assigned customer settings. For example, if Customer_A is assigned to Reseller_A, and Template_A is denied usage by Reseller_A, Reseller_A will not see the license orders for Customer_A that are created using Template_A
  7. Click Save to create the user. You return to the User Management page, where you will see the new user has been added to the list of users.
  8. An email is automatically sent to the email address you specified with an activation link to let the user activate his account and set his password.
