When you enter the End User Portal to activate a license belonging to a bulk license order, you see a page similar to the following:
Note that if no licenses have been activated yet, the Downloadbutton does not appear. From this page, you can either activate a new license or download an existing license, as described in "Activating a new license" and "Downloading an existing license", below.
