Deactivating a license
You can deactivate and then reactivate a license that has already been activated to let end users re-download activate a new version of the license. This lets you make changes to the license -- for example, allow it to be activated for a different machine, change the license count, etc.-- and let the user download the license again, instead of issuing a completely new license to the user.
