Application vendors can optionally allow end users to deactivate their own licenses a specific number of times. Check with your vendor to see whether license deactivation is allowed, how to deactivate the license, and the number of times the license can be deactivated. Only licenses that have already been activated can be deactivated.
Be aware that each deactivation reduces the number of deactivations that remain for that license order.
