As of License Statistics v7.0, License Statistics software licenses are generally available under a subscription plan.
As of License Statistics v7.0, the new Licensing Model 2025 allows perpetual licenses with renewable maintenance as a limited option under specific circumstances. If you are interested in a perpetual license, please contact X-Formation sales.
Renewal terms
Subscription renewal terms are as follows:
- Subscriptions have a fixed expiration and maintenance of one year.
- If you were issued a temporary license prior to purchasing your subscription license, your subscription renewal date will be 12 months from the date the temporary license was issued.
- When your subscription is nearing its renewal date, X-Formation will contact you via email, and notifications will appear in the License Statistics UI.

One free re-host per year if your License Statistics installation needs to be moved to a different machine.
