Windows installer as of v6.6 is capable of updating License Statistics automatically preserving all data and configuration settings.
- Backup the database
- Download the License Statistics installation from the License Statistics download page
- Start the installer and follow its instructions
Make sure that 3rd party utilities are always stored outside of License Statistics installation directory as they can be removed by the installer.
