To see a report on usage per user, select the Usage Per User tab from the Reports page.
When you initially open the Usage Per User report page, you will see selections for what to include in the report.
The Usage Per User report shows license usage information by user, for all features or a selected feature for the current license server on a daily basis. These statistics include the number of hours the feature was used, number of hours the feature was borrowed, the maximum number of licenses the user used and/or borrowed, and the number of denials for the user.
You can specify a date range and aggregate results by Username, Hostname, or both Username and Hostname. You can also select to aggregate results by Usergroup/Hostgroup if you have created groups, and limit the results to a selected usergroup/hostgroup. (For more information about groups, see section 6.10, User and host groups.)
After you make your selections and click Apply, the report is produced.
The results shown in the Usage Per User grid above are aggregated by username (the default), so usage is shown for each individual user. If you select to show the usage by Usergroup (for example), results will be shown for groups as a whole, so results look like the following:

  • No labels
