License Activation Center (LAC) uses either UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) or the time zone that is local to the LAC user:
- UTC timezone is used for email notifications (sent to vendors) and in the LAC API.
- Local timezone is used throughout the web-based UI, for both end-user and vendor areas.
