LAC includes both a SOAP API (vendor and end user) and a C API (end user only). (More general information about using one versus the other TBD.) and a C API.
The LAC SOAP API is web-based and can be used across many programming languages. The SOAP APIs are separated into an End-user APIand a Vendor API.
The LAC C API is for end-user functions only. The C functions are wrappers for SOAP methods.
