You can download a free 30-day License Statistics trial from the License Statistics download page.
The trial version lets you  to test realtime functionality as well as importing and imported log files for up to 50 servers and 10,000 users.

Therefore, the file must include information about at least five usernames that started using a license or attempted to do so.
