If you experience parser problems, try downloading the latest parser from the table below. These parsers work only with License Statistics v4.9.12. For information about the latest release, see License Statistics v4.9.1 2 Release Notes.
Although we make every effort to ensure License Statistics works out of the box with all supported parsers, there are occasional issues with log files that cannot be parsed successfully. Therefore, this page provides you with fixes to parsers ahead of our regular release schedule. These parser updates are not officially supported, so please use them only if you cannot wait for the next official release to obtain a particular parser fix.

If you still experience problems after downloading the latest parser from this page, please run License Statistics in debug mode (see Enabling License Statistics debug logs), and then send us the zipped log directory after the parsing failure occurs.
