If your vendor has allowed license deactivations, you can execute the SOAP API function DeactivateLicense to deactivate an activated license. The license will be deactivated only if there are remaining deactivations allowed, and each deactivation decreases the number of deactivations that remain for that license. After the license has been deactivated the maximum allowed number of times, the license cannot be reactivateddeactivated again, and you must contact your vendor concerning reactivation any further deactivations of the license.
