License Statistics failure on Windows due to improper functioning of i4blt utility
Sometimes running the i4blt utility on Windows systems can take a long time, for example from two to twenty minutes. Furthermore, the reports generated by License Statistics may be incomplete and, as a result, less reliable. This rare problem observed only under Windows with IBM LUM v4.6.8 can cause License Statistics failure.
