Port
License Statistics configuration includes a port setting ("WEBSERVER_PORT" in the "HTTP" section of the xflicstat.cfg file, or "Port" in the License Statistics Manager's Webserver tab) for the HTTP server used for viewing License Statistics output.
The port setting defaults to 80 when SSL is disabled, or 443 when SSL is enabled. You should ensure that the port is available for your site, and change this setting if needed.

Base URL
The HTTP server configuration also includes a setting for the base URL, which is the address used to access the License Statistics UI using a browser.
The base URL setting is used in the email templates and other places where License Statistics references the service address accessible in the network.
License Statistics does not use the Base URL for redirections. If you need to redirect License Statistics to the base URL (for example, from http://myhost to https://my.domain.com) you must do the redirection in the network configuration using proxy or DNS rules.
