If you have any problems installing or running LM-X License Manager, review the license server log file to investigate the cause of the problem. If X-Formation support asks you to enable debug mode, you can enable extended logging for greater detail in the log file.
To enable extended logging:
- For client-side logs: Set the path to the extended client-side log in the LMX_EXTENDED_LOG environment variable.
- For the license server: Edit the license server configuration file or use the LM-X web-based UI.
