- Token-based licenses cannot use borrowing (see BORROW) or incremental checkin (see LMX_Checkin).
- License queuing is disabled for token-based licenses.
- Aside from specifying a dependency list instead of a count, a token-based license is identical to a normal network license. Therefore, token-based licenses can be locked with HostID. However, we recommend that you do not lock token-based licenses using HostID, in order to let users move them as needed for ease of use.
- Token-based licenses cannot be checked out using dynamic reservations, because token licenses are always additive (see Dynamic license reservations).
