The information on this page refers to License Statistics v6.15 or newer, which changed the requirements for running License Statistics. If you are using an earlier version, please refer to the documentation for earlier versions.

The supported platforms and hardware requirements for running License Statistics are detailed below. 

Supported platforms

License Statistics is supported on the following Windows and Linux distributions.

Although we do our best to ensure License Statistics runs on Windows and Linux distributions not listed above, we do not guarantee that License Statistics will perform normally on unsupported platforms.

The hardware requirements for License Statistics are listed below.

Requirements may vary depending on the number of license servers you are monitoring and the amount of data License Statistics is processing.

If you attempt to run License Statistics using an unsupported browser, a message will warn you. You can either switch to a supported browser (recommended) or attempt to run License Statistics in the unsupported browser anyway (not recommended).
Downloading reports on iPad is available for Safari 13+.
