Feature information in the Dashboard includes grids that show most-used features, licenses nearing expiration, features checked out for over 24 hours, and features being used on more than one host.
Most Utilized Features
The Most Utilized Features grid gives you an overview of the highest usage of monitored features, including the number of licenses used, the total licenses, and the percentage of use. By reviewing this list, you can quickly get a picture of which features may be overused or nearing overuse and plan your purchasing accordingly.
The color of the text in the Utilization column helps you quickly recognize the level of utilization:
- Red: 90% - 100% utilization
- Yellow: 70% to 89% utilization
- Green: 0% to 69% utilization
Expiring Licenses
The Licenses Expiring In Next 30 Days grid keeps you informed about monitored licenses that will soon expire, to help you stay on top of license renewal times.
The color of the text helps you quickly recognize which licenses are expiring soonest:
- Red: expires in 0 - 7 days
- Yellow: expires in 8 - 30 days
License Usage Above 24 Hours
The License Usage Above 24 Hours section lists those licenses that have been checked out for longer than 24 hours, helping you to discover possible issues with users keeping licenses checked out unnecessarily.
Users Using Feature On More Than One Host
The Users Using Feature On More Than One Host section lists the hostnames and usernames for features being used on multiple hosts.
To get more details about the usage for any given feature in the Dashboard, click on the feature name in the Feature column. Feature details display, as described in Viewing feature usage.
