License Statistics configuration includes a port setting and URL for the HTTP server used for viewing License Statistics output. This setting (WEBSERVER_PORT found under the "HTTP" section of the xflicstat.cfg file, or "Port" found in the Webserver tab of the License Statistics Manager), defaults to port 80 if SSL is disabled, or 443 if SSL is enabled. You should check the log file to ensure that the port is available for your site, and change this setting if needed. The HTTP server configuration also includes a setting for the base URL.
