The Denied Requests Log works only with FLEXlm/FlexNet, IBM LUM and Reprise License Manager (RLM), and is generated based on the denied user request data produced by the license server. For more information about the Denied Requests Log, see Denied Requests Log.
- To import obtain denied request statistics for LM-X, configure LM-X to use Extended logging. This will generate a log file that contains the denied request data, which can be imported.
- To generate a Denied Requests Log for FLEXlm/FlexNet, you must have a FLEXlm/FlexNet debug log. The license server must be configured to store this log file. See the FLEXlm/FlexNet documentation for more information.
