If you are activating License Statistics licenses on Windows, we strongly recommend using License Activator, as described in Activating a License Statistics license on Windows to avoid errors. However, you can activate a License Statistics license online if necessary, for example, when License Activator is inoperable within your environment, e.g. due to firewall issues.
