added the ability to reset user preferences. Previous versions did not include this capability. 

introduced a new user interface (UI). If you are using a version previous to v6.0, see documentation for previous versions.

Throughout License Statistics pages, some user settings persist. As you move from tab to tab and when you close and reopen License Statistics (based on your user, not the machine you are using), the settings you make will remain.

For example, if you collapse the "Select License Server and Feature, " "Advanced Filtering," and "General Information" panels in one tab of the Features area in the Current Usage page, these panels this area will still also be collapsed in other tabs and the next time you log Feature pages and will remain collapsed after you log out and log back into License Statistics.

To reset preferences to their default settings:

  1. Click Preferences Go to Account Settings under your logged in username, shown in the upper right corner of the License Statistics pageapplication window.
  2. From the Preferences page, click the General tab if needed (the General page is open by default).
  3. Under GUI Preferences, click Reset. In the Restore to defaults area, click Reset GUI Preferences.
