License Server Status | Description |
---|---|
Down | The license server did not respond within the query interval (see Additional Option tab settings in Adding and editing realtime license servers for information on Query Interval), or the response contains unparsable data. |
Up | The license server responded within the query interval (see Additional Option tab settings in Adding and editing realtime license servers for information on Query Interval), and the response contains parsable data. |
Unknown | The license server is imported (not realtime) or is part of a license server group (see Creating and managing groups). |
Internal Error | License Statistics encountered problems with license server validation, parsing, saving debug logs, or inserting MySQL statistics. |
Verifying | The license server is under verification after being added or edited, but License Statistics has not queried it yet. |
Disabled | The license server has been disabled or its setup does not correspond to the current license server settings. This status may also indicate that the server cannot be enabled because you have reached your limit of license servers you can monitor or that enabling the license server failed. |

See Denied Requests Log for more information about importing denied request data.The buttons in the Action column of the License Servers grid let you edit, hide, or delete license servers from License Statistics.
To see the license usage activity for a given server, click on the server name in the Server column. Details about license server activity are described in Viewing license server details.
You can add, edit, or delete license servers using the License Servers tab in the Administration page. You can alsohide license servers using Preferences.
