The information on this page refers to License Statistics v4.11, which added the Redundant column to the License Server grid. If you are running an older version of License Statistics, see documentation for previous versions. |
The License Servers section of the Dashboard lets you see which servers are being monitored and whether they are currently running.
License Server Status | Description |
---|---|

Up | The license server responded within the query interval (see Additional Option tab settings in Adding and editing license servers for information on Query Interval), and the response contains parsable data. |
Unknown | The license server is imported (not realtime) or is part of a license server group (see Creating and managing groups). |
Internal Error | License Statistics encountered problems with license server validation, parsing, saving debug logs, or inserting MySQL statistics. |
Verifying | The license server is under verification after being added or edited, but License Statistics has not queried it yet. |
Disabled | The license server has been disabled or its setup does not correspond to the current license server settings. This status may also indicate that the server cannot be enabled because you have reached your limit of license servers you can monitor or that enabling the license server failed. |
