License Server StatusDescription
DownThe license server did not respond within the query interval (see Additional Option tab settings in Adding and editing license servers for information on Query Interval), or the response contains unparsable data.
UpThe license server responded within the query interval (see Additional Option tab settings in Adding and editing license servers for information on Query Interval), and the response contains parsable data.
Unknown

The license server is imported (not realtime) or is part of a license server group (see Creating and managing groups).

Internal Error

License Statistics encountered problems with license server validation, parsing, saving debug logs, or inserting MySQL statistics.

VerifyingThe license server is under verification after being added or edited, but License Statistics has not queried it yet.
Disabled

The license server has been disabled or its setup does not correspond to the current license server settings. This status may also indicate that the server cannot be enabled because you have reached your limit of license servers you can monitor , or that enabling the license server failed or that there are problems reading the configuration file for the license server when starting License Statistics.

The License Servers grid gives you information about each server, including the vendor being monitored, the type of license manager being used for the monitored software, and whether the license usage information is being gathered as realtime or imported statistics, and whether the server is redundant.
