The License Servers section of the Dashboard lets you see which servers are being monitored and whether they are currently running.

License Server StatusDescription
DownThe server did not respond within the query interval (see Additional Option tab settings in Adding and editing license servers for information on Query Interval), or the response contains unparsable data.
UpThe server responded within the query interval (see Additional Option tab settings in Adding and editing license servers for information on Query Interval), and the response contains parsable data.
Unknown
  • No data has been gathered yet after starting/restarting License Statistics, or after adding/editing a license server.
  • The license server has been disabled or its setup does not correspond to the current license server settings.
  • The license server is imported (not realtime) or is part of a license server group (see Creating and managing groups).
Internal Error

License Statistics encountered problems with license server validation, parsing, saving debug logs, or inserting MySQL statistics.
