To start License Statistics:
From the Start menu, select Select Start Service from the License Statistics Manager, or select Start License Statistics from the X-Formation application group and run Start License Statisticsunder the Windows Start menu.
After starting the service, it runs automatically.
To view the statistics, go to Check results in your browser by using Open Browser button in the License Statistics Manager, or by going to http://hostname:port, where hostname is the name of the computer where License Statistics was installed and port is the http server port number specified in the License Statistics configuration file, as described in Configuring License Statistics.localhost:80 (or any other address matching your configuration)
To stop License Statistics:
From the Start menu, select Select Stop Service from the License Statistics Manager, or select Stop License Statistics from the X-Formation application group under the Windows Start menu.
and select the "Stop License Statistics" option. You can then restart the service using Start License Statistics again.
