If you have any problems installing or running LM-X License Manager, review the log file, described in the license server log file,  to investigate the cause of the problem. If X-Formation support asks you to enable debug mode, you can , we may ask you to enable extended logging, which results in greater detail in the log file.

You can enable extended logging for client-side logs by setting the path to the extended client-side log in the LMX_EXTENDED_LOG environment variable.

For the license server, you can enable extended logging by editing the License Server Configuration file or using and send us the log files from the LM-X web-based UIlog directory.
