The License Servers section of the Dashboard lets you see which servers are being monitored and whether they are currently running.
If the realtime license server status is "Down", the server did not send a response on time, or it sent a response by sending data that cannot be parsed.
If the realtime license server status is "Up", the server sent a response to a query on time, and the data sent by the server can be parsed successfully.
