If the server status is "Down", " the server is not running, the server is disabled, or there are communication problems between License Statistics and the server. In the latter case, see Troubleshootingdid not send a response on time, or it sent a response by sending data that cannot be parsed.
If the server status is "Up", the server sent a response to q query on time, and the data sent by the server can be parsed successfully.
The "Unknown" status of the license server applies only to imported groups for details on checking for communication errors.
The License Servers grid gives you information about each server, including the vendor being monitored, the type of license manager being used for the monitored software, and whether the license usage information is being gathered as realtime or imported statistics, and whether the server is redundant.
