- In the License Statistics Events area of the Email Subscriptions tab, select the User limit exceeded checkbox. (This option is checked by default for the primary Administrator. Other users with Administrator privileges must select this option to enable it.)
- Click Save. You will receive an email alert when the user limit is exceeded, under the following conditions:

- From 79% or lower to 80% - 90%
- From 90% or lower to 91% - 95%
- From 95% or lower to 96% or higher
When usage remains within one of these ranges, an additional alert will be sent only once per month. For example, if your usage increases from 75% to 82% on October 10, a notification is sent. Then, if on October 20 the usage increases to 91%, another alert will be sent on that day. If the usage thereafter stays between 91% and 95%, another notification will not be sent until November 10 (one month after the initial notification date). If the usage continues to remain below 95%, another alert will be sent on December 10
