Groups can be specified in custom queries and can be selected in certain reports, such as Usage Per User (see Usage Per User report), to filter results by a chosen group.
License server groups will be listed with the gathering type specified as "Realtime Group" or "Imported Group" in license server lists throughout License Statistics, and act in the same way as individual license servers.
For user groups, you can optionally connect to an LDAP server to importing LDAP user groups.
