Download the License Statistics installation from the Support Portal as instructed in your download email, and double-click the .sh file to begin the installation. The installation wizard will step you through the procedure. Note:

- You can install License Statistics on any machine, not necessarily the license server.
- You must be logged in as root if you want the installation to create an init script.
